Platform audit log

This is the audit log across every organization. Where a shelter's own audit log answers "who did what in my shelter?", this answers the same question for the whole platform — for support and investigations.

What you can do here

• Filter and open cross-org audit entries

Filter by organization, person, the kind of record, or date to trace a change wherever it happened. Like a shelter's audit log, entries are read-only — they can't be edited or deleted, which is what makes the trail trustworthy.
