Platform admin (Zoolytix)
The platform area is for the Zoolytix team, not individual shelters. While a shelter administrator manages one organization, a platform administrator works across every organization on ShelterSync — to support customers, investigate issues, and keep an eye on the whole service.
You only see these pages if your account is a platform (Zoolytix) account; shelter users never do.

Platform dashboard
The dashboard is the cross-organization overview. The cards show the totals that matter at the service level — how many organizations exist, how many are active, total users and animals, accounts currently locked out, and any unresolved safety alerts anywhere on the platform. Below them, Recent organizations and Recent audit events give a quick pulse of what's new and what's happening.

- Feedback — beta feedback submitted from inside the app.
